Due Diligence

We coordinate and conduct the complete due diligence process. On vendor side, we structure the transaction process including the set up of data rooms. On the buyer side, we define the audit objectives together with our clients, and carry out economic, market-side as well as technical audits.

Asset valuation

We have extensive expertise in evaluating large systems such as power plants and gas storage facilities in Germany and all over Europe. The assessment of long-term profitability of investments is based on Pöyry's recognised fundamental market models, thus it is taking into account market developments and market prices for all relevant commodities.
